Shipping Info: Shipping Info
Most orders ship within 48 hours.
Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority which takes 2-3 business days.
We ship to other countries via USPS International Priority which takes 6-10 business days.
Domestic orders can be tracked by sending an email to sales@cumbancha.com. Please put "Tracking Info Request" in the subject line of your email. Please also put your name and receipt number in the body of the email.
Sorry, international orders cannot be tracked.
Return Policy: If you're not satisfied with your order please send an email to rhysing.rocks@gmail.com with your name and receipt number explaining the issue.
Next, pack the merchandise you wish to exchange/return securely and send the package to the following address:

A refund will be issued upon receipt of item intact and able to be resold.
Return must be received within 14 days of you receiving it.
No returns on personalized items ( with names on it) or custom items that are very unusual and would be hard to sell (at my discretion).
If you receive an item that is damaged let us know immediately through the email above.
We will issue exchanges for defective products. Note: we will exchange for only the exact same product.
Original shipping charges will also be refunded with any of the above situations but not the return shipping charges.
